Dale Kay, sorry you had a bad experience with virtualExito. We have had the opposite experience and even when there was a glitch a phone call solved the problem. Perhaps we don't have the same difficulty because my wife handles the Spanish Language…
Early on I thought that it was a gringo thing. But after a while I realized it is not a gringo thing it is just how things are done.

90% of my experiences in Colombia told me one thing - Colombia is spelled: c-o-m-p-l-i-c-a-t-e-d. Nothing has ever been simple. It's like 'let's get over on the gringo in every way imaginable and by the time he leaves, his fokin ass will hurt!'.
